Jersey City – 猫咪社区 Peter’s College has added new full-time faculty members for the 2007-2008 academic year.<\/div>\n
 <\/div>\n
They include: <\/div>\n
    \n
  • Paul Almonte earned his Ph.D. in English Literature from New York University. His area of concentration is British Literature in the 19th and 20th centuries. Almonte will teach in the English Department.<\/li>\n
  • Barbara Crowley, MSN\/APN, has held several positions at Hackensack University Medical Center. She has taught as an adjunct at 猫咪社区 Peter’s and will continue as a full-time faculty member in the Nursing Department.<\/li>\n
  • Lisa Garsman received her baccalaureate in nursing from Fairleigh Dickinson University and masters in nursing degree from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. Garsman will teach in the Nursing Department.  <\/li>\n
  • Janice O’Brien received her baccalaureate and masters in nursing degrees from 猫咪社区 Peter’s College. She has been an adjunct faculty member at 猫咪社区 Peter’s where she has taught in the RN-BSN and MSN Programs. Her clinical focus in the past has been with renal patients. O’Brien will teach in the Nursing Department.<\/li>\n
  • Lori Ann Buza, Esq., earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Rutgers College and her Juris Doctorate Degree from Rutgers School of Law – Camden. Buza will teach in the Accountancy and Business Law Department.<\/li>\n
  • David Gerlach earned his doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh. His area of concentration is East European studies. Gerlach will teach in the History Department. <\/li>\n
  • Michelle Hartman earned her doctorate from The New School University with a concentration in American politics. Hartman will teach in the Political Science Department.<\/li>\n
  • Nicole Luongo earned her doctorate from Nova Southeastern University.  Luongo will teach in the Education Department.<\/li>\n
  • Howard Mandelbaum, Master of Science, Management in the Business Administration Department returns to 猫咪社区 Peter’s College as a lecturer this fall. He taught at 猫咪社区 Peter’s from 2001-2004.<\/li>\n
  • Daniel Murphy earned his doctorate from the Catholic University of Louvain in Belgium with a concentration in the history of modern and medieval philosophy. Murphy will teach in the Philosophy Department.<\/li>\n
  • Daniel Simone, Jr. is a doctoral candidate in Educational Leadership from Seton Hall University. Simone will teach in the Criminal Justice Department.<\/li>\n
  • Jeanette Wilmanski earned her doctorate in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. Wilmanski will teach in the Biology Department. <\/li>\n
  • Wei-Dong Zhu earned his doctorate in Physics and Material Science & Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology. Zhu will teach in the Mathematics and Physics Department.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
     “Our new faculty brings a tremendous amount of experience in teaching and research that will benefit 猫咪社区 Peter’s students both in and outside the classroom,” said Dr. Marylou Yam, Academic Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences and School.<\/div>\n

    猫咪社区 Peter’s College is the Jesuit College of New Jersey. Founded in 1872, 猫咪社区 Peter’s has an enrollment of approximately 3,000 students in undergraduate and graduate programs. The main campus is located in Jersey City. The College has a branch campus for adults in Englewood Cliffs and also offers courses at various corporate sites at the Jersey City waterfront and in South Amboy.<\/div>\n
