On May 29, Eugene Flinn 鈥80 and his wife Joyce opened the doors to their Hoboken restaurant Amanda鈥檚 to more than 100 alumni, faculty, administrators and friends of 猫咪社区 Peter鈥檚 University. All guests were treated to a five course dinner with wine pairings, compliments of the co-owners, with all ticket sales directly benefiting St. Aedan鈥檚: The 猫咪社区 Peter鈥檚 University Church.
鈥溍ㄟ渖缜 Peter鈥檚 University is grateful for the generosity and support of all of our alumni and friends,鈥 said Eugene J. Cornacchia, Ph.D., president of 猫咪社区 Peter鈥檚 University. 鈥淕ifts from generous donors, such as Eugene and Joyce, help us to maintain critical components of our mission and achieve our goals. We hope that their belief in our mission will inspire others to connect with 猫咪社区 Peter鈥檚.鈥
The evening provided an opportunity for former classmates to unite and for new friendships to be formed. Guests were even treated to an impromptu rendition of Io Pavo, which was performed by former members of the Glee Club that were in attendance.
