It is common for students to change their major after beginning their studies at èßäÉçÇø Peter\u2019s University. Federal regulations require that any change in major be reported to SEVIS within 21 days of the change. Therefore, F-1 students who have changed their major must submit a request for an updated Form I-20 through the International Student Portal.<\/p>\n
To be eligible for a change of major I-20, you must:<\/p>\n
Federal regulations require that F-1 students demonstrate sufficient funding for the entire academic year of the new program before a new Form I-20 can be issued.

Note:<\/strong> If your new program will take less than one year to complete, the amount of financial proof required for your new I-20 will be adjusted (prorated) based on the length of your remaining studies.<\/p>\n Please allow 5\u201310 business days<\/strong> for the Center for Global Learning to review your request and issue your new Form I-20.
